The first 20 clients to sign up lock in founding member rates forever ($39/$59/$89 instead of $49/$79/$119). After we reach 20 clients, all new customers pay standard pricing. Your founding member rate never increases as long as you remain a customer.
A minor update is any change that takes less than 30 minutes, such as updating text (up to 500 words), swapping images (up to 5 images), or adjusting colors and spacing. New pages, design changes, or new features don't count as minor updates and are billed at $80/hour.
Yes! You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing cycle. If you're a founding member and upgrade, your discounted rate applies to the new tier.
Additional updates beyond your plan limits are billed at $80/hour with a 1-hour minimum. Alternatively, consider upgrading to Premium for unlimited self-serve updates via WordPress.
Absolutely not. The price you see is what you pay. No setup fees, no surprise charges. The only additional costs would be if you request extra services beyond your plan (like additional updates or extra email addresses at $10/month each).
Yes! You can purchase the full source code for your website at any time for a one-time fee of $800. You'll then have 30 days to migrate it to your own hosting provider. You'll own all the content, but you're licensing the code and design while subscribed.
We build your website completely free, which requires significant time and expertise. The 6-month minimum allows us to recoup those costs. After 6 months, you can cancel with just 30 days' notice - no long-term contracts.
